Garlic Mustard Ground Beef

Yields1 Serving
 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
 ¼ cup dijon mustard
 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 1 ½ tsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 1 ½ tsp honey
  tsp ground black pepper
 2 cups green beans, trimmed and chopped
 1 cup wild rice- optional

Cook wild rice as directed

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly. Reduce heat to low.

Stir in the mustard, balsamic vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, honey, and black pepper into the ground beef. Cook until hot

Add in the green beans and cooked wild rice. Cook until green beans are warm, but still crisp.
