2 lbs Ground Beef
2 Onions Diced
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Mustard
½ Can of Coconut Milk

Place the meat in the crock pot

Dice it up so it cooks evenly and separated
