1 ½ cups Coconut Milk
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
½ tsp Vanilla
9 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Stir the milk, syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds together. If you want chocolate pudding, put the cocoa powder in as well

You can taste the pudding to see if it is sweetened as you would want, but know it will thicken overnight
