2 lbs Chicken, sliced
Mushrooms, diced
1 Onion, sliced thin
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 cup Marsala Wine
2 tbsp Butter
Salt and Pepper to Taste
¼ Arrowroot Powder
Rice or gluten free pasta

Sauté the onion in a pan big enough for all the chicken.

Add in the chicken salt, pepper, and mushrooms, cook until done

Add in the garlic, wine, and butter

Let it simmer until the liquid is reduced

Add in the arrowroot powder, and stir as to not have it clump

If it is clumpy add in a bit of water to thin out

Serve over rice or gluten free pasta
