2 lbs chicken thighs
2 cloves garlic minced
24 drops of Lemongrass essential oil

Put the oil, garlic, and Lemongrass essential oil in a metal bowl and stir together well
Add the salt, pepper, and chicken. Stir together and let marinade for 30 minutes or longer
Place on a pan and cook at 400-450 degrees. Flip the chicken and crisp up both sides.
