2 lbs Chicken
½ cup Dijon Mustard
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Preheat oven to 450°

Mix together the mustard, syrup, and vinegar

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper

Place in a pan, then pour the mix on top.

Cook for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is done

Sprinkle fresh rosemary on top
