Pumpkin Muffins

Yields1 Serving
 2 cups Almond Meal
  cup Coconut Flour
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
 ½ tsp Sea Salt
 1 ½ cups Pumpkin Purée
 6 Eggs
 ¼ cup Honey
 ¼ cup Melted Gee or Coconut Oil

Preheat oven to 350°

In a bowl mix the dry ingredients well

In a large bowl mix the wet ingredients

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mix well until smooth

Grease muffin tin

Use ¼ cup batter in each tin

Bake for 30-45 minutes, until a toothpick can be inserted into the middle of muffin and come out clean
