Turkey Cabbage Stew

Yields1 Serving
 1 lb Ground Turkey
 1 Onion, medium chopped
 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
 4 cups Chopped Cabbage
 2 Carrots, medium, sliced
 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes, undrained
 ¾ cup Water
 1 tbsp Honey
 1 tbsp White Vinegar
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Dried Oregano
 ¼ tsp Dried Thyme
 ¼ tsp Pepper

Cook the turkey, onion and garlic in a large saucepan over medium heat until meat is no longer pink

Drain

Add the remaining ingredients

Bring to a boil

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
