1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Onion, medium chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
4 cups Chopped Cabbage
2 Carrots, medium, sliced
28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes, undrained
¾ cup Water
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried Oregano
