Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken

 68 pieces of chicken
 2 tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
 3 garlic cloves, minced
 ½ tsp ground ginger
 23 drops Lemongrass essential oil
 salt and pepper to taste
 1 tsp honey or orange juice

Combine all the ingredients and marinade the chicken for 1-2 hours.

Cook the chicken on a wire rack in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, flip and cook for 20 more. If the skin is on the chicken make sure that the skin is evenly browned.

Serve over rice
