Brownie Bites

Brownie Bites

Yields24 Servings
 2 cups Almond flour (I used almond meal)
 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
 ½ cup Cocoa Powder, sifted
 ½ tsp Sea Salt
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ cup Coconut Oil
 ½ cup Pure Maple Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well

Form into 1-1½ inch balls and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

Press ball flat with your fingers

Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes

Cool for 5 minutes then remove and cool completely on a cooling rack
