Meat Marinade
1 ½ lbs Flank Steak, cut into stirps
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Arrowroot
1 tbsp Tamari (Gluten Free Soy Sauce)
1 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Vegtable Oil
Sauce
½ cup Tamari (Gluten Free Soy Sauce)
1 tbsp Honey
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tbsp Flour
1 tbsp Sherry
3 tbsp Vegitable Oil
2 Heads of Broccoli, crowns only
Meat Marinade

Whisk together all ingredients for the meat marinade and let the meat soak for at least an hour
Sauce

In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, flour, and sherry

Set aside

In a wok heat up the oil

Add the marinaded meat and half the sauce mixture

Sauté til the meat is almost done

Add the broccoli and cook til crisp tender
