 Olive Oil
 Frozen Potatoes Wedges
 Salt, to taste
 Pepper, to taste
 Onion Powder, to taste
 Oregano Leaves, to taste

Coat the bottom of a pan with a lid with Olive Oil

Heat to 350 or right before the oil smokes

Add all spices

Add potatoes to pan, making one layer, not piled on each other

Cover and cook for 15 mins, turn the potatoes once
