2 lbs Hamburger
2 lbs Sausage
1 Onion Diced
2 tsp Garlic Minced
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Misc veggies and fruit
2 Zucchini
4 cups Kale, chopped and big veins removed
1 Apple Diced
1 Sweet Potato Diced
1 Bell Peper Diced
Seasonings to go with the veggies

In a very large skillet or pan, brown the meat and add the onions and garlic

Season with salt and pepper

Add in the veggies and/ or fruit you would like to add. We normally do veggies one week then apples and sweet potatoes the next week. I always throw in some kale, cause it is just good for you!

Drain out the grease and store in Tupperware

Then in the morning reheat on the stove and add an egg or two per person to make a nice scramble
