4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts cut into pieces or strips
2 tbsp Butter or Ghee
Sea Salt and Black Peper to Taste
6 Garlic cloves, minced
3 Green Onions, diced
½ cup White Wine
Juice from 1 Lemon
6 tbsp Capers

Heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium high heat

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper

Cook chicken in skillet until brown

Add to the same pan the garlic, and,onions

Using a wooden spoon sauté for minutes scraping any chicken drippings off pan

Add the wine, lemon juice and capers and simmer for 3-5 minutes

Serve immediately
