1 lb Ground Chicken
½ cup diced cooked ham
2 eggs (or no egg)
½ cup Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
14 oz Swish Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
½ cup Parmesan Cheese- shredded

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine the chicken, ham, and eggs if using them.
Gradually add breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning until the mixture loses its stickiness and can easily be formed into balls
Form the chicken mixture around the cheese cubes, making 2 inch balls, place in walled baking pan
Bake until cooked through and cheese is soft- about 20 minutes
