2 cups Sugar
1 ¾ cups Flour
¾ cup Baking Cocoa
1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
1 ½ tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
½ cup Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
¾ cup Boiling Water

Heat oven to 350°

Grease and flour 2- 9 inch round baking pans or 1 13x9 inch pan

In a large mixer bowl, stir together dry ingredients

Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes

Stir in boiling water by hand, batter will be quite thin

Pour into prepared pans

Bake 30-35 minutes for round, 35-40 minutes for rectangular pan or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean

Cool 10 minutes, then move to wire racks
