1 Head of Cabbage
1 ½ lbs Ground Beef
2 Onions, finely Chopped
1 cup Long Grain Rice
¼ cup Chopped Parsley
¼ cup Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Oil
½ cup Water
2 ½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
4 tbsp Butter

Parboil cabbage for 10 minutes in 2 cups of salted water

Combine beef, onions, rice, parsley, lemon, oil, water, salt and pepper.

Roll up meat mixture in cabbage leaves and boil in water with butter for 35 minutes until rice is tender
