12 lbs Chicken Thighs
½ cup Dijon Mustard
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
Fresh Rosemary
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup and rice vinegar.
Salt and pepper thighs and place them in a baking dish
Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken
Bake them for 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
Sprinkle with Rosemary and serve
