2 cups pineapple chunks
3 cups shredded pork
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
salt to taste

Melt 1 TBS of oil in sauce pan and add the pineapple chunks.
Add in the shredded pork and cook for 5 minutes
Add in the ginger, garlic, cilantro, and season with salt to taste
Cilantro and ginger can be omitted
garlic powder can be used instead of fresh garlic
