Pumpkin pancake

Yields1 Serving
 ½ cup Tiger it flour
 1 ½ cups Tapioca flour
 ½ tsp Baking soda
 1 tsp Baking powder
 1 ½ cups Milk
 4 tbsp Healing scoops pumpkin puree
  cup Avocado oil
 2 tbsp Unflavored gelatin
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 ½ tsp Sea salt
 1 tsp Erythritol
 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1

Mix the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl

In a separate mixing bowl mix the wet ingredients

Combine all the ingredients and stir until smooth

Let the batter rest for 20 minutes to bloom

Cook in medium high griddle
