Raspberry Scones

Yields1 Serving
 4 cups Almond or Cashew Meal
 ¼ cup Tapioca Flour
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 pt Raspberries or Frozen Equivalent
 4 tbsp Butter
 8 tbsp Honey
 4 Eggs

Preheat the oven to 400°

Mix the flours, salt, and raspberries

Melt the butter and honey

Whisk the eggs then add the eggs, butter, and honey to the dry mixture

Spoon onto a buttered pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden
