Shepherd’s Pie

Yields1 Serving
 2 lbs Ground Beef
 1 Onion, Diced
 Veggie (mixed or peas or green beans)
 Butternut Squash or potatoes
 Salt
 Pepper
 Liquid Smoke
1

Cook the butternut squash whole in the oven at 350° for 45-60 minutes

Brown the ground beef with the onion. Salt and pepper to taste

Add a small dash of liquid smoke to the meat

Add any other spices you would like

Place the meat in a casserole dish, layer the veggies of your choice on top

Salt and pepper that layer

Layer on the veggies which can be frozen or fresh

Cut open the butternut squash and take out the seeds

Mash up squash and layer it on top

Salt and Pepper again

Bake for 20 minutes at 350°

If you don't like butternut squash you can use potato
