1 gal Water
Spices to taste

Take the salt and put it into 1 quart of water and add in spices.

Smash spices to bring out the flavors in the mixture, add another quart of water is the salt isn't dissolving

Add in the remaining about of the gallon to this mixture off the heat, and pour into the container where the turkey will brine

Do this over and over again until there is enough water to submerge the turkey

Place frozen turkey into COLD turkey brine water

If you need to add ice to bring down the temp of the water for speed purpose, do so

Brine the turkey for 48 hours making sure it is thawing out in the middle of the turkey while also keeping the water temp under 40F
